How a visitor gets a ticket
Ballot
There is no general sale for Arsenal home matches. Home tickets are allocated by ballot among members (Red and above), usually 4 to 6 weeks before each match, and membership does not guarantee a ticket: members can usually buy one ticket per membership. Members whose ballot fails can try the Ticket Exchange, the club's resale of tickets from supporters who can't attend. Without a membership, the only official way in is a hospitality package or an authorised hospitality agent. We could not confirm whether someone living abroad can join as a Red member.
In England it is a criminal offence to sell or pass on a ticket for a designated football match without the organiser's written authorisation. Arsenal says tickets bought from unofficial websites, social media or touts are likely to be invalid. Buy only through the club or its authorised hospitality agents.
Official channels only
- Official ticket sale: eticketing.co.uk

- Official resale: arsenal.com

We never link unofficial resellers: tickets bought there are cancelled at the gate, and in the UK reselling football tickets without the club’s authorisation is a criminal offence.

Getting there
Public transport
Arrive by public transport: Arsenal station (Piccadilly line) is about 3 minutes on foot, Finsbury Park (Victoria and Piccadilly lines, Great Northern, Overground) and Highbury & Islington (Victoria line, Mildmay line, Great Northern) are each about 10 minutes. Get there at least an hour before kick-off for the security checks outside the stadium and at the turnstiles.
- Arsenal station (Piccadilly line): the closest. It has no step-free route from the platforms to the exit and gets very busy.
- Finsbury Park: step-free and usually the least crowded way in. Highbury & Islington is also step-free, with the Victoria line direct from King's Cross St. Pancras.
- Holloway Road station is exit-only before first-team matches and closed for up to 2 hours after; eastbound Piccadilly trains do not stop there before the match. Drayton Park station is closed on match days.
- Buses stop on Holloway Road, Nag's Head, Seven Sisters Road, Blackstock Road and Highbury Corner, each a 5- to 10-minute walk from the ground.

Driving and parking
The club strongly advises you not to drive. On-street parking nearby is for residents with permits, and illegally parked cars are towed.
- Islington Council adds extra parking controls for all Arsenal men's and women's home games and for big shows, with signs up to three days before. Hours depend on the zone: on weekdays most affected zones run 18:30 to 20:30 (Zone G 14:00 to 20:30); on Saturdays 13:30 to 16:30 (zones G and Q from 12:00); Sundays and bank holidays 12:00 to 16:30.
- Visitors can only use match-day e-vouchers during those hours; paper vouchers don't work. Never park in a suspended bay: that applies to Blue Badge holders too.
- The whole of London is inside the Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ), 24 hours a day: check your vehicle on TfL's ULEZ checker.

Taxi and ride-hailing apps
Neither the club nor the stadium publishes a taxi rank or ride-hailing pick-up point. Use only licensed black cabs or licensed minicabs; Uber and Bolt operate in London. Hornsey Road between Benwell Road and Holloway Road is closed to pedestrians around matches, so expect to walk away from the stadium before a car can reach you.
- No official pick-up point for app cars (Uber, Bolt) is published.

Bags and documents
Only bags smaller than A4 (a small rucksack or handbag) are allowed in. Bags are searched at dedicated search lanes: keep yours open and ready, and keep the steward's tag on it while you are inside.
- There is no left luggage at the stadium. The club points to luggage storage at London King's Cross station.
- Bags must not be left unattended at any time. Clear plastic bottles of 500 ml or less are allowed. The full list of prohibited items is a separate club document that we could not read.
- Wristbands for children are available at the stadium: ask a steward or the Fan Information Team.
Documents: The club warns that tickets from unofficial websites, social media or touts are likely to be invalid and you can be refused entry or ejected. The pages we read do not state a photo-ID rule, the ticket format at the turnstile, or whether the stadium is cashless: carry your passport and a charged phone.
