Getting back at night
Betis and Renfe guarantee the Cercanías C-2 link from the stadium to Santa Justa after every match, and for night matches two special trains run about 30 and 40 minutes after the final whistle, free under the club's agreement with Renfe. Tussam also runs free post-match shuttles to Blas Infante (via Torre Sevilla), the Barqueta bridge and Sevilla Este. The last time of each service is not published.

| Train Event days | Cercanías C-2 | Estadio (La Cartuja) → Sevilla Santa Justa | not published | two special trains about 30 and 40 min after the final whistle for night matches. The club says the Estadio–Santa Justa connection is guaranteed at all time slots, and that the night trains and the C-1 night connections are free under the Renfe–Betis agreement. For other times, check Renfe. [source] |

The three shuttles together are served by 24 to 26 buses, depending on the version of the plan. [source] |
Queues at the station
There is no official figure for queues. The city's plan expects over 70,000 people per match and a controlled exit that takes about 45 minutes, with the Cercanías stop and the shuttle stops as the main bottlenecks. Walking 1 km to the Renfe stop or the Alamillo side avoids part of the crowd.
If you miss it
If you miss the special trains and shuttles, walk 1.3 km to the Barqueta bridge, where taxis are easier to find, or book a ride-hailing car from the VTC point on Camino de los Descubrimientos. We found no Tussam night bus listed for the stadium.

How a visitor gets a ticket
Members first, then general sale
A tourist can buy, but members go first. Betis plays all its 2026-27 home matches at La Cartuja while the Benito Villamarín is rebuilt, and the club's own match pages sell 'Entrada al Estadio La Cartuja'. The club had about 55,000 season-ticket holders for football in 2025-26, so few seats reach the public. Seats that season-ticket holders release (cesión) are resold online, and the general public buys online at realbetisbalompie.es; most match pages show 'Próximamente' until a sale opens.
La Cartuja is Betis's temporary home. The club said on 17 March 2026 that the stay lasts 'this season and two more' (2025-26 to 2027-28), so the Benito Villamarín would not reopen before 2028-29; the date can slip. Sevilla FC does not play here: it stays at the Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán. The match page also offers an 'Entrada + Hotel' priority option: it is a package from the club, so read the terms there.

We never link unofficial resellers: tickets bought there are cancelled at the gate, and in the UK reselling football tickets without the club’s authorisation is a criminal offence.

Getting there
Public transport
The best way is the Cercanías C-2 from Sevilla Santa Justa (or San Jerónimo) to the Estadio stop, about 200 m from the stadium. Tussam buses 2, C1 and C2 are reinforced from two hours before kick-off, and free shuttles run from Blas Infante (Metro Line 1). There is no Metro station at the stadium.
- Cercanías C-2: Sevilla Santa Justa to Estadio, and San Jerónimo to Estadio. The Cercanías C-1 and C-5 feed into Santa Justa from the rest of the city.
- Tussam buses: line 2 (stop Juan Bautista Muñoz – Escuela de Ingeniería), C1 (Camino de los Descubrimientos – Laboratorios Ingeniería) and C2 (Américo Vespucio – CSIC), with 12 extra buses from two hours before kick-off.
- Metro Line 1 to Blas Infante, then the Tussam shuttle to the stadium, which starts two and a half hours before kick-off. Blas Infante is about 6 km from the stadium.
- Walking: the city marks routes from San Jerónimo (1.4 km), the Alamillo park (1 km), the Barqueta bridge (1.3 km) and the Renfe stop (1 km). Gates open two hours before kick-off.

Driving and parking
Don't drive if you can avoid it. The roundabouts at Beatriz Manchón and José Luis Manzanares Japón are closed during matches, and the approach roads are limited to taxis, ride-hailing and Tussam. The club lists free car parks outside the closed area: P7 Norte (2,000 spaces), P7 Sur (1,500), Avenida Carlos III – PCT Cartuja P8 (1,750), Blas Infante (2,000, with a Tussam shuttle) and Parque del Alamillo (800).
- Free car parks fill up on a first-come basis; police redirect drivers when they are full. You can collect your car at any time after the match.
- Paid private car parks: Torre Sevilla (3,000 spaces, with a valid match ticket), Insur Cartuja (395) and Cartuja Center (300).

Taxi and ride-hailing apps
The taxi stop is on Calle Américo Vespucio, next to the University of Seville's communication faculty. The ride-hailing (VTC) pickup point is on Camino de los Descubrimientos at the corner with Juan Bautista Muñoz.
- Taxis, VTC and Tussam are the only vehicles allowed on the restricted access roads during the match. The club also lists the MUBE app for shared rides on match days.

Bags and documents
There is no left-luggage service at the stadium. Suitcases, pushchairs, animals, glass or canned drinks, bottles of more than 500 ml, flags or banners over 2 m by 1 m, sticks and cameras are not allowed in. The club publishes no backpack size limit.
- Also banned: alcohol, air horns, umbrellas with a stick or spike tip, darts, flares and weapons, and anything the law prohibits.
- Children's tickets are sold only at the box office on the day of the match, with the child present; the box offices open about three hours before kick-off.
Documents: The club's FAQ names no ID document for the general public. Season-ticket holders must show their card. Carry your passport or national ID card in case security asks.
