Getting back at night

The club says Trenitalia and ANM may add Line 2 services after the normal schedule, around 22:00, on match days; it is not guaranteed for every game, so check before you go. EAV has also extended the Cumana from Mostra to Montesanto on match nights. For the Napoli–Sporting match of 1 October 2025 the extra Cumana departures from Mostra to Montesanto ran until 00:23.

Match ends at 23:00A match that ends at 23:00 is after the normal end of Line 2, so everything depends on the extra service. The club says to check whether it is running; the best-documented example is the Napoli–Sporting night (kick-off 21:00) with seven extra Line 2 trains from Campi Flegrei after the normal timetable and Cumana trains until 00:23. Buy your travel ticket in advance: only passengers with a valid ticket are let onto the extra trains, and staff with the police guide people to the platforms. If neither extension is announced, a taxi is the fallback. Line 2 currently ends at Campi Flegrei, so you cannot travel on towards Pozzuoli by train.

Queues at the station

No official queue figure was found. Campi Flegrei and Piazza Garibaldi get extra customer-service and security staff on match nights, and the platforms are controlled by staff with the police, so expect to wait outside the station before boarding.

If you miss it

Take a taxi from a rank or call a radio-taxi cooperative; fixed fares apply on set routes. ANM has night bus lines in Naples, but which of them pass Fuorigrotta could not be confirmed, so check anm.it before relying on one.

How a visitor gets a ticket

Members first, then general sale

Napoli sells in four phases: FULL season-ticket holders, Fidelity Card holders, Premium Membership holders, then general sale. For big matches this means a visitor reaches the general sale late. The club does not say whether general sale needs the Fidelity Card, and it takes about 15 days to arrive when ordered online, so plan ahead. Tickets are loaded on the card and ID is checked at the gate; 2026-27 season tickets are sold out.

For Napoli–Milan the club allowed no change of ticket holder, and the Fidelity Card check includes a police screening, so it cannot be bought in a day. No official resale or public hospitality sale was found. The club's site links to a 'Experiences for international fans' offer on an agency site, which is not a club ticket channel and is not linked here.

Getting there

Public transport

The stadium is in Fuorigrotta, next to Napoli Campi Flegrei station (Metro Line 2, Trenitalia, from Piazza Garibaldi) and the Cumana stop Mostra (EAV, from Montesanto). ANM bus 151 runs from Napoli Centrale to Piazzale Tecchio.

Metro Line 2 from Piazza Garibaldi to Napoli Campi Flegrei (Piazzale Tecchio). From Vomero, Arenella, Secondigliano or Chiaiano take ANM Metro Line 1 and change to Line 2 at Museo.
Cumana (EAV) to Mostra. From Molo Beverello take ANM 151 or EAV M1 towards Pozzuoli, and from Piazza Vittoria take ANM 151, 618, R7 or C12.
Metro Line 2 now stops at Campi Flegrei: the section to Pozzuoli Solfatara has been suspended since 13 June 2026 'until further notice', with replacement buses between Campi Flegrei and Pozzuoli. Coming from Pozzuoli, take the replacement bus first.

Driving and parking

Drive only to the Park&Gol car park in Bagnoli and take the ANM shuttle. Leave the Tangenziale at Fuorigrotta or Agnano; the Agnano exit is the one for the Bagnoli car parks.

The ANM shuttle runs from the Bagnoli car park on Viale della Liberazione (near the former NATO gate) to the stadium in about 10 minutes with no stops. One combined parking and round-trip shuttle ticket is valid for five people.

Taxi and ride-hailing apps

Naples taxis work from ranks and by phone through radio-taxi cooperatives such as Consortaxi. The city sets fixed fares for set routes, and the airport sets its own flat rates.

No official match-day taxi rank at the stadium was found, and which ride-hailing apps work in Naples was not confirmed from an official page.

Bags and documents

The 2025/26 stadium regulation bans bottles, cans and glass, large umbrellas, helmets, belts with heavy metal studs, sticks, video and reflex cameras, and drones, and the club offers no storage for banned items. It sets no bag size.

Drinks must be poured into plastic or paper cups. Only pocket-size umbrellas without a point are allowed.
Masks and anything that hides the face, and animals of any kind, are not allowed.

Documents: To enter you need a valid ticket and a valid ID document (article 9 of the regulation); staff or police can ask for it at any time. If your ticket is loaded on a Fidelity Card, show the card and the placeholder slip (segnaposto). Tickets are personal: a name change is allowed only in the cases the club sets and some matches allow none.
